Clare puts Dreams deal to bed

Mike Clare's Clarenco has completed its purchase of the Dreams head office at Knaves Beech, High Wycombe, for £12.5m - a 7.3% yield, subject to a leaseback to Dreams. The 48,600 sq ft property is let for a term of 20 years.
