Dreams HQ sale and leaseback at 7.3%

Clarenco has purchased and leased back the head office of bed retailer Dreams at Knaves Beech, High Wycombe, for £12.5m, reflecting a net initial yield of 7.33%. Dreams has a 20 year lease on the 48,578 sq ft property. Rapleys advised Dreams.
